This application is intended for organizations, clubs, or community-based teams that serve under-resourced athletes or youth who demonstrate leadership, service, and strong character. Please complete all sections thoroughly. Selections will be based on team alignment with our mission, quality of responses, community impact, and readiness for the experience.
