Our Program
We provide high-character youth with the opportunity to train and compete in Spain’s professional soccer environments. Our program is designed for players who demonstrate leadership, integrity, and a heart to serve, whether they come from underserved communities or are model citizens making a difference where they are. Through international travel, elite training, cultural immersion, and spiritual and personal development, our goal is to help each athlete grow into the kind of person who leads both on and off the field.

Selection Process:
Participants are carefully selected based on a combination of character, leadership qualities, community involvement, and athletic potential. We are committed to identifying players who not only show promise in soccer, but who demonstrate strong values and a desire to grow.
Timeline:
Our inaugural team selection will begin in November of 2025. Once selected, players will go through a series of virtual mentorship sessions and physical preparation before traveling abroad.
What’s Included:
Athletes will train with top-level Spanish academies, compete in matches against local and international teams, and experience the culture through guided excursions and team-building opportunities. Spiritual growth and leadership development will also be central to the journey.
Ongoing Support:
After the trip, players will stay connected to mentors and continue growing through year-round leadership training, community service projects, and academic accountability.
Future Impact
In our first fiscal year, our goal is to take at one team in 2025 and at least 5 teams in 2026 of high-character youth abroad. One will represent youth from underserved communities, and the other will include standout student-athletes who demonstrate strong character, servant leadership, and a commitment to making a positive impact in their communities. Each team will serve as a pilot group to help us grow, learn, and expand the program in the years ahead.

Long term, we aim to establish year-round programming, scholarship opportunities, and partnerships with professional clubs and training academies to open more doors for more kids.
